A real robotic demonstrator on flexible modular production developed by RICAIP Testbed Prague will be the core of the exhibition accompanied with several supplementary demonstrations of the use of newest digital technologies. There will be also accompanied programme in a form of transport to and guided tours in the RICAIP Testbed Brno for those interested. \n\n\n\nPlace: Hall F\, Stand 201: Digital Factory – Exhibition Grounds BrnoDate: 10 – 13 October 2023 | 9:00 – 17:00 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPress Release – General Information\n\n\n\nInterview for HN about the robotic cell\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe need to go digital is clear\, but how to do it? How can you make the most of your company’s existing potential? Visitors to the The Journey Towards Successful 21st Century Company exhibition\, which will be presented at the International Engineering Fair in cooperation with the resesarch workplace of the Czech Institute of Informatics\, Robotics\, and Cybernetics Czech Technical University in Prague (CIIRC CTU) – RICAIP Testbed for Industry 4.0 – and the ecosystem aroung the National Centre for Industry 4.0\, in particular companies Siemens\, T-Mobile\, Česká spořitelna\, DEL\, SICK\, and the European Innovation Community EIT Manufacturing\, will find answers to these questions. On more than two hundred square meters\, we will present solutions for efficient\, sustainable and innovative industrial production\, which no successful company of the 21st century can do without. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMain Partners\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInternational Partner\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPartners\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDemonstrators & Stations\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDigiStage Programme\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVisiting RICAIP Testbed Brno\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTechnology Showcase: Real Demonstrators\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFlexible Modular Production\nSecond-life BatteriesThe intelligent robotic system is able to autonomously disassemble several types of electric batteries. This is a demonstration of flexible manufacturing that easily adapts to product change. The robotic and other programs that perform a given manufacturing task are not fixed\, but respond to changing conditions. The movements of the robot are assigned based on the ontological description of the different batteries. The robotic cell is a functional demonstration of flexible modular production within an autonomous factory\, where one of the two collaborative robots represents a stationary workstation and the other robot represents a mobile production cell that flexibly expands the capacity and possibilities of production. The exhibit presents a demonstration of a sustainable solution: the refurbishment of batteries from electric vehicles on a scale model. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonitoring of Consumption\nCloser to efficiency and sustainability: real-time monitoring of energy and compressed air consumption. \n\n\n\nMonitoring operational efficiency in technical installations is becoming increasingly important. In addition to measurement\, fast data transfer to a data platform or IoT cloud for analysis\, correlation and optimization is crucial. We are presenting two options at the fair: the use of the IoT cloud for sensors and the comprehensive T-Data Platform. The latter processes different types of data and allows access via communication interfaces such as MQTT or OPC UA\, which are then available for machine learning. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSimulated line in VR and virtual commissioning (digital twin)\nSecond-life BatteriesThe real robotic battery disassembly line has a digital twin\, thanks to which the same operations can be simulated and operated in virtual reality via a single MES control system. Thanks to the digital twin of the robotic cell in virtual reality\, production can be planned and adapted to changes. In the so-called virtual commissioning mode\, different production scenarios can be tested without any intervention in the real operation and thus prepare or react to future changes and production needs. The virtual line is also controlled by a virtual PLC. The system is connected to the edge device and common operating parameters are displayed in real time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRobotic Mobile Tapping System\nDo you remember last year? We had a robotic beer dispenser at our booth for the first time. This year will be no different. This is a demonstration of an intelligent collaborative robotic system. Data collection of energy and water consumption for a given volume of beer on tap is done in real time to a centralized data platform via a specially developed application. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAR Training Workplace\nHigh quality and trained employees who are able to work with new technologies are essential for success. Training employees on new technologies\, assembly or equipment is done using mixed reality (MR) to help with step-by-step manual operations. This helps the worker to learn the workflow better and faster. The efficiency of the training is increased with the help of holographic instructions that are linked to the workplace. The HoloLens connected to the real robot line system over a 5G network can control the robot or display operational data. Practical applications include training workers or assisting them in controlling the robot. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIndustrial 5G SA Network\nThe industrial 5G network\, which is also installed at the stand\, offers high security in addition to speed and enables full transmission of data from the PROFINET and PROFIsafe industrial communication protocols used in production for further use. For the first time\, we will introduce the 5G IoT Gateway\, which allows us to connect the sensors we have installed on the robots and collect additional data from the machines\, such as energy consumption\, compressed air\, vibration and more\, to the data platform. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n5G IoT\nRICAIP Testbed for Industry 4.0 is an innovative modular 5G IoT Gateway for communication in 5G SA networks. This device can be considered more than just a router due to its expandability with additional modules with different inputs and outputs\, including analog and digital\, and special or custom communication modules. Among these modules you will find\, for example\, a four-port switch that facilitates the connection of other Ethernet devices in the local network. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nConsultancy and Financial Assistance\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDigital Audit for Companies\nDigiAudit helps you get a baseline of where you stand with digital. DigiAudit is an analysis of your company’s activities from different perspectives and levels of digitalization\, whose unique methodology we have developed and tested with the needs of small and medium-sized companies in mind. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContact Point | Česká spořitelna\nConsultancy and opportunities for innovation funding GrantikaThanks to the involvement of Česká spořitelna\, trade fair guests can learn about financing options on site. Representatives of the savings bank will show model examples of financing specific technologies directly at the stand. Representatives of Česká spořitelna plan to provide interested parties with comprehensive advice aimed at strengthening the efficiency and competitiveness of companies. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContact Point | EIT Manufacturing\nSupport to SMEs and Start-ups: \n\n\n\nEIT Manufacturing is Europe’s largest innovation network for manufacturing\, bringing together industry leaders from business\, academia and research. It is supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT)\, a body of the European Union. \n\n\n\nEIT Manufacturing\, is based on a strong community and aims to support the transformation of globally competitive and sustainable manufacturing. EIT Manufacturing is based in Paris\, France and has a network of innovation centres across Europe: Vienna (Austria)\, Darmstadt (Germany)\, Milan (Italy)\, Gothenburg (Sweden)\, San Sebastian (Spain) and Athens (Greece). SUMMARY:Women in Tech: The Gender Algorithm
DESCRIPTION:Ambassade de France and Institut Français de Prague\, RICAIP Centre together with CIIRC CTU and La French Tech Prague jointly invite you to “Women in Tech – The gender algorithm” event. \n\n\n\nOn-site (registration from 16:00\, start at 16:30) and online (the direct streaming will start at 16:30 on our webpage)  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nOFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE EVENT\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRead the Article about the event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDigital technologies are one of the most powerful drivers of structural changes in the economy and society. The health crisis has reinforced their role and made it more obvious that Europe in general has a lot of catching up to do. However\, the place of women in these key technologies for the future of our societies remains very low.  \n\n\n\nThe gender gap in the job market is glaring\, especially in the European Union. Worse\, the proportion of women in digital jobs is not increasing and remains below 20% in Europe (17% in France; 10% in the Czech Republic). The ratio of investment in start-ups also remains largely at the expense of women start-up project leaders (90/10).  \n\n\n\n\n\nHowever\, everyone agrees that greater diversity is necessary\, for social and economic reasons\, but also to allow the sector to benefit from a richness of approach and creativity born from the diversity of profiles.  \n\n\n\nWhy are women so poorly represented in the sector? Their supposedly lack of interest in scientific disciplines is regularly pointed out\, particularly in mathematics and computer science. At school and then in higher education\, the figures are particularly frightful\, especially in France. In fact\, young girls suffer from the prejudices surrounding these disciplines\, which are considered masculine\, as well as from the lack of role models in the economic and academic world.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps://youtube.com/watch?v=ziFvv72Xn3Q\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe would like to contribute to the discussion on these topics\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo continue to raise public awareness on the subject\, particularly by highlighting existing and developing good practices;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo set up concrete actions to contribute to the evolution of the situation\, especially for the youngest girls.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgram\n\n\n\nLanguage of the event is English \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n16:00 – 16:30Arrival of participants\, registration \n\n\n\n16:30 – 16:45 Welcome – French Embassy\, CIIRC CTU & RICAIP Centre \n\n\n\n\n▶️Watch the recording on YouTube\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n16:45 – 18:00 \n\n\n\n\nPannel I: Schoolgirls’ EducationChoice of Pathways to University | Research Careers\n\n\n\n\n▶️Watch the recording on YouTube\n\n\n\n\nModerator: Aleš Vlk\, experienced consultant in R&D and Science policy\, Vice dean for external relations UK FTVS (tbc) \n\n\n\nSpeakers:Karima Boudaoud\, Professor of Informatics at the University Côte d’Azur\, Member of the Board of Femmes et Science\, Member of the Board of EUGAIN \n\n\n\nBarbora Bühnová\, Professor at the Faculty of informatics\, Masaryk University\, co-founder of Czechitas \n\n\n\nIsabelle Collet\, Professor of Education at the University of Geneva\, specialist in the inclusion of women in the digital world \n\n\n\nMarta Musilová\, Policy analyst at Dept of Gender Equality\, Office of the Government of the Czech Republic \n\n\n\n\n	\n \n \n \n	\n \n \n\n\n \n \n Karima Boudaoud\n \n \n \n\n	\n \n	\n \n \n\n	\n \n \n	\n\n	Karima Boudaoud\n\n\n	\n “You have to live your dreams so you don’t lose sight of them.“	\n\n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n WiT_Barbora_Buhnova_web\n \n \n \n\n	\n \n	\n \n \n\n	\n \n \n	\n\n	Barbora Bühnova\n\n\n	\n “The prompt snowball effect helped us to build a community around the joint vision to empower and encourage girls and women to engage in computing education.”	\n\n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n WiT_Isabelle_Collet_web\n \n \n \n\n	\n \n	\n \n \n\n	\n \n \n	\n\n	Isabelle Collet\n\n\n	\n “Girls have the same skills as boys. SUMMARY:RICAIP Training: Intelligent Robotic System using Handtracking for Picking Parts in a Bin
DESCRIPTION:The Training/Tutorial will introduce an intelligent and interactive robotic system for picking parts in a bin. The aim is for a robot arm to sort required LEGO parts from the cluttered and unstructured environment as a preparation for the assembly of a full LEGO group/product.  The system offers a hand tracking feature for choosing a Lego group as the product and determines which LEGO parts correspond to the products. Once a specific block is selected\, the robot is to find it in the bin using a 3D camera\, determine its accurate 3D pose and pick it.  In this training we show the detailed steps starting from teaching a new object using the Cognex 3D PatMaxTool\, extracting the point cloud in the area of interest processing it and matching it with the CAD model in order to estimate the pose. The calibration process  is to be discussed  along with the communication protocol between the robot and the system. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe training is led by \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease register by March 24th. \n\n\n\nThis RICAIP event is solely made for the research teams of RICAIP Partners (CIIRC CTU\, CEITEC BUT\, ZeMA\, DFKI and VSB TUO) \n\n\n\n\nRegister\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\n\nIntroduction \n\n\n\nHand Tracking: Overview and Concept \n\n\n\nObject Detection with 3D PatMaxTool \n\n\n\n3D Pose Estimation \n\nImage Processing with Best-Fit Method. \n\n\n\nCAD Point Cloud Matching with ICP Method \n\n\n\nHand Eye Calibration \n\n\n\nCoordinate System Transformation  \n\n\n\n\n\nBin Picking Strategy \n\n\n\nValidation of the Concept \n\n\n\nConclusion\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeaker \n\n\n\nXiaomei Xu\, M.Sc. RWTHEmail: xiaomei.xu@zema.deResearch assistant at ZeMA – Center for Mechatronics and Automation Technology gGmbH\, Saarland University\, Germany \n\n\n\nI have been working as a research assistant at ZeMA in the Robotics group since April 2020. In 2019\, I completed master degree under Mechanical Automation Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and worked during my thesis on the iCellFactory project at the WZL Machine Tool Laboratory to focus on the industrial robot path planning and digital twin simulation.  During my studies\, I completed various internships\, e.g. at the VW Academy Hannover where I supported the set-up and roll-out of the VWN Campus Digitalization and supervised workshops as well as at the Jülich Forschungzentrum in the field of metal stressing and shaping.  My research interests include the application of 3D camera technology in the industrial field to improve the object recognition and 3D pose estimation under bin picking challenge. And then industrial robot combining with AI analyses the product and plans the robot path to assembly the products.

SUMMARY:RICAIP at Brno International Engineering Fair 2022
DESCRIPTION:Hall F\, Digital Factory 2.0 – Brno Exhibition Center \n\n\n\nExperience the future of the industry at the International Engineering Fair in Brno | MSV 2022. Visit our joint exhibition in Hall F! \n\n\n\nFor the first time\, RICAIP will be presented with a few robotic demonstrators at Brno MSV 2022\, using the on-site installed industrial 5G SA network. \n\n\n\nWe will use visualizations to show you how to use data for effective production management in a number of applications. The robotic bar is ready to enrich your stay and serve the beer tapped with a robot. \n\n\n\nAll this as part of the Digital Factory 2.0\, at the “Technology Island” stand presented by the National Centre for Industry 4.0 in cooperation with partners: the RICAIP Centre\, T-Mobile\, and Česká spořitelna. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you can see there? Powered by RICAIP:\n\n\n\n\nRead more about the “Technology Island” (in Czech)\n\n\n\n\nDeveloped by the RICAIP team of Testbed for Industry 4.0 at CIIRC CTU in cooperation with partners: \n\n\n\n\n\nIndustrial 5G network\n\n\n\n5G has a big potential in the industry. Such a network will be located in our exhibition. Thanks to the cooperation of the RICAIP Testbed for Industry 4.0 at the CIIRC CTU and T-Mobile\, the data obtained from robots will be processed and visualized in real-time via the 5G network\, whether it is camera data\, video for virtual or augmented reality\, consumption energy or other quantities. The state-of-the-art private mobile network is 5G SA built on the Ericsson platform. Part of our 5G network is a quality monitoring and compliance with SLAs while monitoring parameters and simulating communication\, e.g. AGV. The sample infrastructure includes the Edge cloud used for machine image recognition and AR/VR. \n\n\n\n\n\nHand Guide Robot\n\n\n\nA collaborative robot in a 5G network environment. The robot can be positioned in impedance mode – by a pressure you put on its final position. The robot is equipped with a handle mounted on its flange. A camera with a computer and a 5G modem is installed in the handle. The robot was created in the Testbed for Industry 4.0 at CIIRC CTU. The camera scans the space under the robot. It transmits the image via the 5G network to the edge server\, where AI algorithms analyse the image in real-time for object localization. The server sends information about the position of objects back to the robot via the 5G network. The robot uses this information to help the person during manual guidance. \n\n\n\n\n\nMobile Robobar\n\n\n\nCan a robot draft beer? The RICAIP Testbed for Industry 4.0 team\, in cooperation with Plzeňský Prazdroj\, has been dedicated to digitization in gastronomy. The energy consumption required for cooling a given volume of draft beer will be monitored through a data collection device and its transfer to a database\, which was developed to measure just this type of application. The database application enables not only the display of current values and historical trends\, but also the creation of behavior models\, a digital twin and estimation of the causes of possible deterioration of energy efficiency during operation. And of course there will be a beer tasting. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPhoto Gallery:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProgramme: Digi Stage (Hall F)\n\n\n\n\nFull Programme (in Czech)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, October 4\, 2:30 – 4:00 p.m \n\n\n\nShared digital infrastructure – How to best use it?\n\n\n\nProgram partner: T-Mobile\, RICAIP \n\n\n\n\n\n14.30 – 15.00 The importance of quality digital infrastructure in the implementation of Industry 4.0 \n\n\n\n\nThe benefits of shared infrastructure in testing innovation before its deployment in practice 5G networks as a future platform for digital solutions\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n15.00 – 16.00 Implementation of 5G networks in practice \n\n\n\n\nAdvantages and obstacles – when and for whom do 5G networks start paying off?\n\n\n\nExample of Continental\n\n\n\nExample of Kvados company\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers: \n\n\n\n\nPavel Burget\, Testbed for Industry 4.0 RICAIP\, CIIRC CTU\n\n\n\nPavel Václavek\, Testbed for Industry 4.0 RICAIP and eDIH DIGIMAT\, CEITEC VUT\n\n\n\nPetr Šimoník\, Testbed CPIT TL3\, VŠB – TUO\n\n\n\nTomáš Verner and Jaroslav Mráček\, T-Mobile CZ\n\n\n\nJakub Hamerník\, Continental Automotive CZ\n\n\n\nJiří Vidlář and Antonín Vaněček\, Kvados\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin the MSV Tour 2022 and visit the fair for free!\n\n\n\nThe publishing house Trade Media International together with the organiser of MSV 2022\, BVV\, have prepared a popular original accompanying programme for exhibitors and visitors to the fair under the title MSV TOUR 2022 in form of organized tours of selected exhibitors on current key topics related mainly to the digital transformation of domestic production. SUMMARY:Researchers’ Night 2022 at Testbed for Industry 4.0: With all THE SENSES
DESCRIPTION:Researchers’ Night 2022 – an event that\, for one evening\, brings life to hundreds of science buildings that no ordinary mortal can enter. Visitors pass through laboratories and lecture halls\, experience exploding experiments\, and learn about hot topics in depth. Everyone with a passion for science – children\, adults\, and seniors – is welcome. Meet our scientists and they will teach you to love science.Researchers’ Night was initiated by the European Commission in 2005 and its mission is to show that science is not boring\, but on the contrary is a source of interesting and fascinating phenomena. \n\n\n\n\n\nOne day a year\, universities\, research and development centres\, science centres\, and other places open with free guided tours\, popular education presentations\, workshops\, experiments\, science shows\, music\, and performances\, amongst others\, taking place. The aim of Researchers’ Night is to dispel myths about scientists as people locked in laboratories and to show the general public that they are “ordinary people” who do work for each of us\, they can present it in an engaging way\, and they can also have a good time. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThere are many interesting things to explore during Researchers’ Night 2022 at RICAIP Testbed for Industry 4.0 at CIIRC CTU: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n1/ Smart Coffee Machines\nLet one of the two automatic coffee machines serve you. Simply enter your preferences using your tablet or smartphone and the coffee machine will take care of the rest for you. \n\n\n\nAt the coffee machine station\, you will be able to try out the various smart devices – order coffee from your phone\, tablet\, watch or even by voice command. You will taste and compare different types of coffee\, we will offer cocoa or hot milk foam for the kids and you can also compete with us. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n2/ Robobar\nRobots that can tap beer like a skilled bartender. You can also order lemonades\, coffee\, alcoholic and mixed drinks. All you have to do is enter your request via the ordering tablet and remember your order number. \n\n\n\nIn addition to the two collaborative robots\, the Robobar in Testbed for Industry 4.0 also uses the functions of other devices\, including a liquor conveyor\, fruit feeders\, an ice feeder and more. It’s all connected via a common industrial communications platform. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n3/ Virtual Tour at Testbed for Industry 4.0\nTestbed for Industry 4.0\, in which you are located\, is also available in virtual form. You can explore the Testbed in both real and virtual reality and compare the differences between the two worlds. \n\n\n\nIndividual work cells\, production lines and robotic workplaces are presented. In addition\, technological functions for measuring\, drawing\, repositioning and more are demonstrated in virtual reality\, all in 3D. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n4/ Play checkers with a robot\nIndustrial robots can be fun! Do you dare to test your knowledge in a game like checkers against a robot that is programmed to predict the state of the gameboard for up to 9 moves ahead? \n\n\n\nYou can experience the interaction with an industrial robot and compare your strength in checkers with the algorithms of artificial intelligence by choosing between three difficulty levels. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n5/ ABB Robotic Line\nThe workplace incorporates several technologies that contribute to flexible production. The conveyor trolleys are controlled independently of each other\, allowing their movement to be adapted to the needs of the specific product they are transporting. In addition\, it is possible to synchronise the movement of the trolley with that of the robot\, allowing the robot to manipulate the part on the trolley without the trolley having to stop. The collaborative robot\, which is part of the workstation\, offers the flexibility to work with a human on a specific assembly operation and can react to the actual conditions and characteristics of the part being handled. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n6/ Robotic 3D printing and precise measurement\nUniversal robotic workstation for 3D printing and precise measurement with the “Laser tracker”. We also have a digital model of the workplace\, the so-called digital twin\, used for simulating the 3D printing process\, verifying paths and collisions. Using a touch probe that is connected to the laser tracker and the robot\, we perform automatic calibration of the robot’s work table. During the 3D printing process\, the position of the printing nozzle can be corrected by a corner reflector due to feedback from the laser tracker. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n7/ Pick & Place Robot\nUsing artificial intelligence\, the Pick & Place robot processes data through sensors and cameras to detect paper packages of Lego bricks. It autonomously detects the exact location in 3D space and plans the robot’s trajectory. Based on the classification\, it selects packages of different sizes and sorts them into boxes. This robot can be used to automate logistics operations in manufacturing. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n8/ Flexible Robotic Line\nThe core of Testbed for Industry 4.0 is an experimental robotic line with a conveyor. It is used to test the possibilities of so-called flexible distributed production. Customers can configure what they want their car to look like and the machines will build it for them. A flexible robotic line is a scaled-down model that allows easy assembly of customised products using automated planning methods. Small batches of products can be produced as well as piece production. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n9/ Montrac Cybertech\nOnly few people realise that robots in production\, such as those that quickly and flawlessly assemble a car every day\, are precisely programmed and any deviation leads to a halt in production. The position of the part to be picked up by the robot is always fixed and precise. If a rack shifts or a part is not in the exact location\, then an error will occur and the line will stop. Therefore\, we will add a camera to the robot and it will be possible to take any part from the rack\, regardless of the location of not only the rack but also the parts themselves. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n10/ Delta robot with conveyor and manual guidance\nDelta robots are used for applications where fast operations are required. This demonstrator is equipped with a conveyor whose pallets can be precisely tracked and the robot’s movements can be synchronized with those of the pallets. The robot can be equipped with a handle to perform what is called a “manual guide” to learn the trajectories to be performed during normal operations. It operates on an industrial 5G network and enables fast transmission of large amounts of data. Therefore\, the integration of a neural network and computer vision could be implemented in the robot system. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMore detailed information – CIIRC CTU\n\n\n\nInfo on NOCVEDCU.CZ (Researchers’ Night)
