DESCRIPTION:Resources are the building blocks of science – and indeed of any human endeavour. \n\n\n\nThe most obvious type of resource in science is funding: grants\, scholarships\, and other financial support used to carry out research and to cover necessary materials and equipment. However\, resources extend far beyond financial means. In science\, resources also include people (human resources)\, the atmosphere they create\, the opportunities they provide\, and the support they offer — whether at the level of the individual\, the research group\, the institution\, the region\, or the country. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis event aims to bring together scientists and those who are interested in – and invested in – scientific progress: people of all genders\, across a wide range of positions and life situations. Only through such diversity can discussions be truly impactful and authentic. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for IRONMAN of Fe-MALE: Resources for All of Us\, an engaging session dedicated to exploring resources and opportunities in the world of science and innovation. This event brings together voices from academia\, industry\, and international institutions to discuss the evolving landscape for both men and women\, parents and non-parents\, in the Czech Republic and also abroad. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe event will be conducted in English\, and we warmly welcome all participants\, regardless of professional background. To make sure everything goes smoothly\, we kindly ask you to REGISTER (find the registration tab on this page). \n\n\n\nThere will be a children’s zone available on-site where the main programme is going to be streamed.
