Industry 4.0 Technologies and Their Impact on the Labour Market

RICAIP is delighted to co-organise and support this event in cooperation with NCP and CIIRC, as the impacts of Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies on the labour market are at the heart of the RICAIP endeavour. The expert workshop “Industry 4.0 Technologies and Their Impact on the Labour Market” at CIIRC CTU will focus on key questions related to the necessity of transforming the Czech economy and the readiness of industrial enterprises for technological changes. The current economic model of the Czech Republic, based on utilizing skilled and relatively inexpensive labour, has reached its limits. This workshop builds upon the ideas presented in the monograph Industry 4.0 – The Foundation of Economic Transformation in the Czech Republic and will offer an expert perspective on the challenges and opportunities brought about by the transition to an innovation-driven economy based on modern technologies.

The workshop is primarily intended for strategic personnel, business owners, management, innovators, state administration professionals, and the general expert public.
