RICAIP, represented by its director Dr. Tilman Becker, played a key role in the third edition of the EIT Manufacturing RIS Hubs Conference, underlining the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in driving sustainable manufacturing in EIT Regional Innovation Scheme countries. The conference, organized by EIT Manufacturing with support from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, was part of the celebration of the RIS initiative’s tenth anniversary, titled “The Next Decade of Innovations for the Future of Europe.” This event highlighted the essential role of AI in shaping a greener and more sustainable future for the manufacturing sector.
